Maria Naseer and Sobiya Nazir made history by clinching bronze medals in the 40 kg and 35 kg weight categories at the 6th Jammu & Kashmir UT Karate Championships 2024, held at the Indoor Stadium, Bhagwati Nagar, Jammu.
The achievement, a feather in the cap for Kupwara district, highlights the immense talent and resilience of the valley’s youth.
