Iram Saba Malik, accurately affirms that she is a women who believes in being unique and extremely hardworking. She has a Master’s degree in commerce. She reveals that even being married and mother of two children, yet she manages to put equal emphasis to both career and family.

She aspired to create her own business. She began her entrepreneurial journey in 2018 with Pick-n- Pack online shopping, an Instagram page featuring a variety of products that promised high quality at low costs. This is an online platform that meets the needs of clients from all across India with distinct collections.

On daily basis, she receives number of favorable feedback’s for her services and demand supply methods.

Mahreen Kapra is a very dynamic and popular Women Entrepreneur Born and brought up Srinagar, Kashmir. She is best known for her remarkable and outstanding performance in the field of Beauty. Even after completing her master’s in Business Administration, she has forayed unto Beauty Studio-“Extensions” in Barzulla.

Infact, she along with her sister Janat ventured into the beauty business. They belong to a well- known and reputed business family in Srinagar. She opted for entrepreneurship, and started her own business. Her Studio is not gender based as ‘Extensions’ offers manicures, pedicures, hair extension like dreadlocks and braiding for men too. Her Studio cater to both men and women with the latest in design and technology. She affirms that her studio is the first ever nail, hair, lash, permanent makeup and spa studio in Valley.

She stated that it was her childhood dream to emerge as entrepreneur rather than applying for any Government or private job.

Her vision was accomplished in 2021, with the launch of “Extensions” in Srinagar. She reveals that soon, she will be opening two more studio’s, one in RajBagh and other in Downtown.

According to Mehreen, establishing something like this in Kashmir is challenging because of the environment prevailing here. It’s tough to get raw and other materials and the weather doesn’t always ideal.
